All vendors required to supply their own 4th of July theme.

A 35gal trash can with bags is required by all vendors to assist in trash clean up.

Set up Saturday 7am - 12 noon.  Tear down Sunday 8pm -12 midnight

Proper food permits, City business permit, $1,000,000 insurance policy
naming Lake Havasu Events co ltd. as additional insured required.
